Single-variety Williams pear brandy and natural pear juice guarantee a natural flavour and aroma. The Williams pear variety is ideal for making brandy due to its strong aroma, which is why we cultivate and harvest it in our orchards in Chile. The pear brandy is refined by adding a touch of natural pear juice, resulting in a pleasantly sweet flavour. To achieve a balanced and smooth flavour, the distillate and juice are subsequently placed into oak casks that have been used to age the traditional Czech whisky Gold Cock.

Williams pear is characterised by a pleasantly sweet, well-rounded flavour and a distinctive ripe pear aroma.
